Individual Counselling

I provide individual counselling services for individuals 15 and up, who may be struggling with addiction, relapse, and recovery. We will dive in to discover the root cause of your addiction. Together we will create a comprehensive treatment plan for you. It's never too late to begin your healing. Your sessions can be in person or online.
